Build the athlete's brand the right way: Instagram and TikTok audits, what brands look for, what not to post, and separating personal identity from school identity.
Week 03
Content, Local Business Outreach & Opportunity Building
Create NIL-friendly content safely, identify aligned local businesses, write a simple outreach message, and shape a beginner NIL offer. Learning turns into execution.
Week 04
Deal Conversations, Follow-Up & Opportunity Conversion
Learn the different types of NIL wins, what to do when a business responds, how to follow up professionally, and leave with a clear action plan beyond the cohort.
Each week includes a 60-minute live coaching session with Santia Deck and/or the Winning Your Way team.

Does my athlete need a large social media following?+
No. The program teaches athletes how to build and position their brand from where they are today.
Does my athlete need NIL experience?+
No prior NIL experience is needed. We start with the fundamentals in Week 1.
Can high school athletes participate?+
Yes. High school athletes can participate. All NIL activity must follow your state's NIL laws and school rules.
Can parents attend the sessions?+
Yes. Parents are welcome to attend the sessions.
Are the sessions live?+
Yes. Each week includes a 60-minute live coaching session with Santia Deck and/or the Winning Your Way team.
What exactly is the guaranteed NIL deal?+
